Guests will enjoy complete and private access to the entire townhome, including the front and back patios. Your stay includes the convenience of self-check-in with a keyless lock. Two dedicated parking spaces are provided directly in front of the unit at no extra cost.

Your host, Sheila, is readily available by phone, text, or direct message to answer any questions and ensure you have a wonderful stay. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your visit.
* The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entire duration of the stay.
* A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.
* A $200 damage deposit hold will be placed on a credit card prior to arrival and released after a satisfactory post-stay inspection.
* A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing pets (maximum of two).
* Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles. Additional passes, trailer, or boat parking are not available.
* Detailed check-in instructions, including the address and keyless entry code, will be emailed approximately 10 days before your arrival.

About the Owner
Our journey to the Florida Panhandle began in 2018 when our son was stationed here. I (Sheila) had the privilege of driving across the country with his family as they relocated from his California post, and I immediately fell in love with this stunning area. I kept coming back year after year, always drawn to the beauty of the Gulf Coast. In the summer of 2022, when we learned that our son and his family were moving to a new post, we decided it was time to make this paradise our own. After some searching, we found the perfect spot in December of 2024—our very own White Sandy Beach Retreat was born!Amenities
